Thornton Real Estate was one of the longest established, and well respected real estate firms in the Ipswich area with offices in Ipswich, Goodna, and Springfield, and nearly 2000 managements in the rent roll.

How We Sold The Business

This business is not for everyone by virtue of its sheer size. We needed to find an ambitious, driven buyer with the financial capacity to raise capital and transact on what was to become the record real estate transaction in the SW Qld corridor. The buyer owned and operated a number of real estate businesses (including two offices in Ipswich), so they understood, and already operated in the local market.
