Eric Yuan left China in the mid 90’s to seek fame and fortune in the US internet boom. Over two years, his visa application was denied 8 times, but on the 9th attempt he was approved.
In 2012, Yuan founded the communication platform, ZOOM.
What started as a daydream solution to a long distant relationship turned into a business used by more than 750,000 companies to keep their teams connected through video and audio conferencing, collaborative workspaces, chat, and more.
